RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return an item to JessyJess | Boutique, you have 3 days maximum and 15 days from the date of purchase to send it back to our Returns team.

All returned items must be in their original packaging. All labels must be intact.
For hygienic reasons, pierce jeweller, as well as bags and tights cannot be used.
If you wish to return an item via alternative return service, customer will be responsible for all costs.
